Where can I place my Passover order?
At our website www.webermanfoods.com
  • On the header bar, go to PASSOVER FOODS then scroll down to select a category
    OR on the bottom of the home page go to PLACE AN ORDER then click to start shopping
  • Click on the desired category, one at a time, to view available products we offer
  • Click on the photo or name of any product and view additional details and specs
  • Enter the desired quantity and press "Add to Cart"
  • You may either press CONTINUE SHOPPING or CHECK OUT to proceed.
  • To finalize your order select CHECK OUT and complete checkout and contact information, then authorize the order. You will receive a receipt via email for the transaction.

When do I place an order?
We offer several discount plans for placing your order early (see below). Confirmed orders placed two weeks before Pesach are guaranteed to be filled, after that date order confirmations may show out of stock on a particular item. We recommend first downloading an order guide and menu planner - you can view the items available online and put notes on the forms to review before entering your order!

To ensure availability, orders should be placed prior to March 15th, 2010. Orders for Chol Hamoad may be placed in advance of the holiday.

How does the food come packaged?
Orders come packaged in white corrugated boxes with our company's name and logo on the sides and with shipping label. Food items come sealed and labeled to retain its kosher status. Most appetizers, main dishes, sides and desserts come in their own serving plate.

How do I pay for my order?
For retail customers, when checking out you will need to fill in the credit card information fields, and your account will be charged accordingly - cash or checks payment options are not available. Note: charges are effective immediately, ensuring your order can be filled properly and timely.

Do you deliver?
Yes! We offer a full range of delivery options and times - please see our delivery schedule for complete details.

How do I make a change an order after it has been placed?
You need to send an email request with your name and order invoice confirmation number to our main office at webermanfoods@bellsouth.net and you will receive a return letter informing you what changes have been made and an attached revised invoice or a note informing you that the changes cannot be made.

Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns for orders that have been shipped. If you experience a quality problem with any of our products, please contact us immediately at webermanfoods@bellsouth.net

Is your establishment kosher certified?
Yes! Our business buys, prepares and sells only kosher foods and products that are of the high standard of orthodox approved kashrus. Further more, we are under the full time supervision of the OK-organized kashrus laboratories and the MKI-maritime kosher international supervision. All of our meat products are Glatt kosher, all of our dairy products are Cholov Yisroel, our cooked items are bishul yisroel and our baked goods are pas yisroel / hafroshes Challah.

What do you do for Passover?
For the Passover holiday, our plant's prep, cooking, packaging and storage areas are given a complete koshering to ensure that all the specific kosher requirements are met, during which time we do not receive, process, cook or package foods that can not be used on Passover.

Do you offer gebrokts or non gebrokts?
Most of our prepared foods are non gebrokts, any product that is gebrokts has an * before the name and is prepared in separate pots & ovens to avoid a crossover with non gebrokts.

How do you handle products containing allergens?
If you have a specific allergy towards a food item contact us at info@webermanfoods.com for ingredient information. Our regular line of products do not contain or is not processed in a kitchen that has even traces of tree nuts and peanuts (excluding Coconut). Any product that we offer containing nuts are made in a separate facility. Items that are parve do not contain any traces of dairy. Our special line of Allergen Free meals do not contain or is not processed in a kitchen that has even traces of the eight major allergens.

Where can I find your products?
We are an institutional company serving prepared entrees & meal components on board cruise ships, in healthcare facilities, at theme parks, and at finer hotels around the state of Florida. Our delicatessen and online store is open for all your Passover needs, delivered or shipped to your home.
