A standing prime rib from well marbled aged American beef, rubbed with garlic & pepper, roasted on the bone to maintain  the natural juices then de-boned and served with au jus on the side ( this product has a net weight of 5 pounds) surface fat is left on the roast to protect the flavor of the beef during reheating. The weight of the fat is not included in the cost of the prime rib.
